We are in lovely countryside and yet just 10 minutes from the beaches of Selsey and the famous Selsey Bill.

If watersports are your thing, then try out the surfing or kitesurfing at Bracklesham Bay with its cafe, Billy's right on the beach.

Visit nearby East Wittering with a whole host of friendly shops and cafes or spend the day on the beautiful West Wittering beach, with plenty of space for picnics, walks, or relaxing on the wide stretch of sand that lines the shore.

We also have the a brillant cycle route on our door step so don't forget your bikes.
